**Job Title**: PHP WordPress Developer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Theme Customization**: Customize and modify WordPress themes to meet client requirements and ensure a responsive, user-friendly design.
- **Plugin Development & Customization**: Develop, customize, and integrate plugins to enhance website functionality, ensuring compatibility with the latest WordPress versions.
- **Core PHP Development**: Use Core PHP to build and customize website functionalities beyond standard WordPress capabilities.
- **Website Maintenance**: Maintain and update existing WordPress sites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and functionality.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality WordPress solutions.
- **Troubleshooting & Debugging**: Identify and resolve website issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities promptly.
- **Performance Optimization**: Optimize website performance and load times, implementing best practices for speed and SEO.

**Requirements**:Experience**:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress and Core PHP development.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **WordPress**, **Core PHP**, **HTML**, **CSS**, **JavaScript**, and **MySQL**.
- Experience with **theme** and **plugin customization**.
- Knowledge of **page builders** (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) and frameworks.
- Familiarity with **WordPress security**, performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

**Additional Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of website aesthetics and UI/UX principles.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with WooCommerce, custom post types, and API integrations.
- Experience with website migrations and hosting management.
