Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh, India.

A reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in India is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join their team. The Quality Assurance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and approve batch records, specifications, and other quality documentation.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
- Participate in regulatory inspections and internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training to staff on quality assurance principles and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Working with dedication towards the betterment and success of the company is the most important requirement.
- Master’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or pharmaceutical management.
- Minimum three years of quality experience in quality assurance specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, CDSCO)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
