Job Description:*

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RO Service Technician to join our team. The RO Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification systems. As an integral part of our service team, you will ensure the optimal performance of RO systems, delivering clean and safe drinking water to our customers.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Install, service, and repair RO water purification systems at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance on RO systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with RO systems.
- Replace and repair components, including filters, membranes, pumps, and valves.
- Conduct water quality testing and analysis to ensure the systems meet the required standards.
- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and water quality.
- Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs, and inventory.
- Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to schedule service appointments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RO technology.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in servicing RO water purification systems is preferred.
- Strong technical and mechanical skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and diverse customer locations.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
