**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as an AutoCAD Draftsman/Designer Trainee. In this entry-level position, you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills in AutoCAD software and drafting techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and utilize AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D drawings.
- Assist senior draftsmen/designers in preparing drawings for various projects.
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed drawings and plans.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation.
- Learn and adhere to drafting standards and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Basic understanding of drafting principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the field of CAD drafting.
