**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Visualization Development**: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using **Tableau**and **Power BI**, translating business requirements into visual insights.
- **Data Modelling**: Create and maintain robust data models to ensure effective reporting and analysis. Work with data engineering teams to integrate data from various sources and optimize it for visualization. Also, to be able to assess current legacy data models and derive requirements from those.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and requirements for visualizations. Provide guidance on best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.
- **Performance Optimization**: Ensure that dashboards and reports are optimized for performance, both in terms of speed and user experience, even with large datasets.
- **Reporting & Data Accuracy**: Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in reporting. Perform routine checks on data models and visualizations to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain documentation for data models, dashboards, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and ease of use.

**Skills & Qualifications**:Required**:

- **Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science**, Engineering or a related field.
- **5+ years**of experience in **data visualization**and **business intelligence**.
- Expertise in tools such as **Tableau**, **Power BI**for creating visually compelling dashboards and reports.
- Solid experience with **data modelling**, including designing data models for analytical purposes and creating well-structured datasets for reporting.
- Strong knowledge of **SQL**for querying databases and preparing data for visualization.
- Proven experience in designing visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to optimize visualizations for performance, including managing large datasets and ensuring fast load times.
- Having worked under Agile project environment.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with **DAX**(Data Analysis Expressions) and **Power Query**for Power BI.
- Experience with **data warehousing**, **ETL processes**, and working with structured and unstructured data.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain complex data insights clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
