Apprentice - Telemarketing

**We’re Hiring: Apprentice - Inquiry Management & Lead Response**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and respond to Indiamart inquiries
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism
- Track and manage inquiries using CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead transfer
- Report weekly/monthly inquiry statuses
- Support trade shows and campaign follow-ups

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
- 1-3 years’ experience in telecalling, inquiry handling, or customer support
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Familiarity with Indiamart or B2B portals
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
