**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Collect, collate, and maintain accurate data from different sources within the organization. Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of the data. Regularly update and clean databases to ensure data accuracy.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate timely and accurate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management and other departments. Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide meaningful insights to the decision-makers. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them to assess organizational performance.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement based on data analysis and feedback from stakeholders. Suggest and implement changes to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with different departments and teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure effective communication to convey data-related insights and recommendations clearly.
- **Data Privacy and Compliance**: Adhere to data privacy regulations and company policies related to data handling and storage. Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- **Training and Support**:Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and systems. Assist colleagues in understanding and interpreting reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- **Knowledge of GST**:Basic Information about the GST And Filing of GSTR1, GSTR3B and 2A.knowleage of HSN details of the product and taxes applicable on the products. Maintain the monthly invoices data of ecommerce platforms for GST Filing.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:Bachelor's degree
- **Experience**: Previous experience in data management, MIS, business intelligence, or a similar role is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in database management and data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with data visualization techniques to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
- **Analytical Skills**:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
- **Attention to Detail**:A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and identify anomalies.
- **Problem-Solving**:Proactive problem-solving abilities to address data-related challenges and improve processes.
- **Adaptability**:Flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
