**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dashboard and Report Preparation**
- Collaborate with project staff to prepare the Daily Dashboard and Daily Progress Report (DPR).

**Material Management**
- Update the Material Approval Sheet (MAS) daily with actual material consumption.
- Monitor material planning and report any shortages or requirements.

**Site Progress Monitoring**
- Conduct daily follow-ups to track project progress.

**Subcontractor Management**
- Prepare and update weekly material reconciliation sheets for all subcontractors.

**Issue Resolution**
- Identify and escalate site issues to the reporting authority for prompt action.

**Financial Oversight**
- Verify site fund usage against the Imprest Sheet and review bike conveyance sheets for staff.
- Submit these details to the reporting authority for approval.

**Billing and Documentation**
- Ensure timely submission of bills with necessary documents to the concerned authorities.
- Maintain proper records of all correspondence, both physical and digital, on the BIPPL server.

**Ad Hoc Reporting**
- Prepare additional reports as requested by the reporting authority.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
