**Job description**

As a Housekeeping Supervisor in the Waste Management industry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the facility. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and leadership skills. Freshers are welcome to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Coordination**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and ensure timely completion of duties.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training to new housekeeping staff on waste management protocols, safety procedures, and proper handling of cleaning equipment.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Address and rectify any issues related to cleanliness promptly.
- **Waste Management**:

- Collaborate with the waste management team to ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and implement recycling initiatives within the facility.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of inventory.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that housekeeping staff follows safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and drills.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on housekeeping activities and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in housekeeping or waste management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic knowledge of waste management practices is desirable.
- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and adapt are encouraged to apply.
