**Role Description**:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Forex operations, analysing operations data, ensuring smooth transactions, and managing customer support. The Operations Executive will also play a key role in managing relationships with vendors and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily Forex operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.
- Analyse operational data to improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide customer support, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support the Operations Manager in reporting operational performance and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills.
- Experience in Operations Management is a plus.
- Strong Analytical Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the Forex industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
