1) Testing and troubleshooting analog and IP CCTV, networking, and cabling issues
2) Must speck English and Hindi
3) Must be localize in Kochi or near by Kochi
4) Local travel will be required from time to time
5) Execute remote field service from a home based office
6) Prepares documentation and weekly report
7) Requires organizational, communication, computer and problem solving skills
8) Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets
9) Basic knowledge of networks and/or network switching preferred
10) Must be able to work independently with limited or remote direction
11) Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with management, team members, and Client
