**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, budgets, reports, and contracts.
- Coordinate site assessments, installations, and commissioning of solar systems.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear project goals.
- Monitor project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Assist in budget management by tracking expenses, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Facilitate team meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of solar industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Understanding of solar energy technologies, systems, and project processes.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).
- Basic financial literacy and the ability to manage budgets.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
