Picker and Packer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Picking**: Accurately locate and pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- **Packing**: Safely and securely pack products for shipment, ensuring items are protected and organized.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of products picked and packed.
- **Equipment Operation**: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools (if certified).
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
