
Finance Executive

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role will involve handling daily financial activities, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making and business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, such as profitability, liquidity, and cash flow.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost savings or improvement.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:
- Assist in developing and managing the company’s annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor expenditures against the budget and provide insights into any significant variances.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocations and financial resources.
- **Accounts Management**:
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions regularly to maintain the accuracy of financial records.
- Manage invoicing, payment processing, and collections, ensuring smooth cash flow and mínimal outstanding receivables.
- **Financial Compliance & Audit Support**:
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
- Work with auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies to meet compliance requirements and address financial inquiries.
- **Cash Flow & Treasury Management**:
- Monitor cash flow to ensure that the organization has adequate funds for daily operations.
- Assist in managing investments, debt, and other financial instruments.
- Forecast cash requirements and recommend strategies for optimal liquidity management.
- **Strategic Financial Planning**:
- Provide support in financial modeling, business planning, and cost-benefit analyses to inform business strategy.
- Assist with strategic projects, mergers, acquisitions, and other financial initiatives.
- Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and tools.
- **Risk Management**:
- Identify potential financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Maintain and enforce policies to protect company assets, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in finance or accounting, preferably within a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or financial modeling tools.
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or advanced accounting software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
