**PURCHASE EXECUTIVE**

**Nos : 4 (Male & Female )**

**Preferable : Marine Construction / Marine Infrastructure/Dredging /Manufacturing/Offshore /Onshore Industry**

**Responsibilities**
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

**Qualifications, Experience & Other Skills**:

- 3 ~ 6 Years of experience in Purchasing Officer
- Graduation / HSE.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to multitask
- Problem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Negotiation skills

**Work Location**:Worli, Mumbai

**Salary range**:20,000 - 30,000 Per Month

**Expected Joining**: Immediate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
