**Role description**:

- **Test Planning and Execution**: Write test plans, prepare data, and execute scenarios within **Manhattan Active WMS**.
- **Documentation**: Document requirements, process flows, and new functionality. Create clear and detailed documentation.
- **Project Management**: Plan, track, escalate, and deliver tasks according to assigned timelines.
- **Business Process Artifacts**: Write use cases, business rules, and create other artifacts such as **swim lane diagrams** and **activity flow diagrams** to represent business processes, desired outcomes, and requirements.
- **Problem Solving**: Solve problems by managing various driving factors and requirements while maintaining focus on key objectives.
- **Module Design and Configuration**: Lead and contribute to **module design and configuration** as needed.
- **Testing Experience**: Leverage past experience as a testing analyst for one or more **WMS implementations**.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Hands-on experience with **Manhattan Active WMS**.
- Strong ability to collaborate and engage with **business stakeholders**.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder interaction.
- Experience with **WMS testing**, **configuration**, and **problem-solving**.
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation, process flows, and use cases.
- Experience interfacing **WMS technologies** with **back-office systems**.
