**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messages.
- Develop creative and persuasive copy for website, blogs, offline and online marketing platforms, social media, and other channels.
- Assist in researching industry-related topics and gathering relevant information to support copy development.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Optimize copy for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility and organic reach.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the copy and visuals complement each other effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting.
- Support the team in developing copy strategies and maintaining editorial calendars.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of copy using analytics tools.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas for copy development.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for writing and a desire to develop copywriting skills.
- Excellent command of the English language with exceptional writing and editing abilities.
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging ideas for different target audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and copy optimization techniques is a plus.
- Basic understanding of various social media platforms and their copy requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using word processing and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and willingness to learn and grow.
