**Roles and Responsibilties**:
Should have experience in Sales of Agriculture products.Should reach the assigned targets and goals set for an area ( team’s & Individual )Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.Should be responsible for Sales, outstanding and CollectionsServicing the needs of your existing customers for both pre & post sales.Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.Keeping up to date with products & monitor competitor activity and industry updatesConduct crop tours across different area in an assigned HQ/ Area.Training / field visits and advising farmers for proper cultivation aspects to get more yieldMaking the strategy to accomplish the team and self-targetMonitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.Allocating areas to team members and set the targets accordinglyConduct farmer’s meetings, campaigns regularly and teach educate them about the company products.On board new dealers and maintain healthy relationship with customers

**Required Skills**:

- Must be a graduate /post graduate in Agriculture scienceShould have good Presentation skills and leadership skillsProven track record in Sales & Marketing managementExperience in Agriculture industry is mandatoryShould have an Agriculture domain knowledge.Strong in local languageShould be willing to travel as this Job involves extensive travel

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
