**Job Opening: MIS Executive (Advanced Excel - Logistics Background)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage **daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports** for fleet operations
- Analyze **fuel consumption, mileage, trip performance, and vehicle utilization**:

- Use **Advanced Excel tools** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index/Match, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards) for reporting and analysis
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and compliance
- Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to ensure timely data collection
- Assist management in **data-driven decision-making** and operational improvements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in **MIS/Reporting in the Logistics or Transport domain**:

- **Expertise in MS Excel - must be proficient with advanced formulas and dashboard creation**:

- Experience in handling large data sets and converting data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with fleet operations, compliance, and logistics processes
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
