- 302001**What you’ll be doing**:
To ensure complete end to end delivery of the Access Network and driving large partner and in-house teams for the execution of Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP) and Deployment.

**Key Skillset**:

- **Telecom Network Understanding**: In-depth knowledge of networks, including RF principles, transmission, switching, and core network technologies.
- **Field Service Management Systems (FSM)**: Proficiency in using FSM software for job scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- **Network Optimization Tools**: Familiarity with tools for network performance analysis and optimization.
- **Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting**: Ability to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- **Project Management and Resource management.**
- **Data analysis.**

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- **Strategic Planning and Execution**
- Lead end-to-end planning, design, and execution of Quality Home Pass for Tata Play Broadband, adhering to TAT and SLA.
- Identify and finalize optimal Tata Play Fiber POP locations.
- Develop and implement effective business cases for network expansion and optimization.
- **Network Deployment and Management**
- Oversee the implementation of Dark Fiber routes and P2P connections through Telco partners.
- Ensure flawless POP infrastructure setup including rack installation, power supply, and HVAC systems.
- Supervise large partner teams, certifying invoices and ensuring timely project completion.
- Conduct or oversee acceptance testing, guaranteeing First Time Right deployment and addressing punch points.
- Implement robust change management processes for network modifications.
- **Network Operations and Maintenance**
- Provide daily network performance dashboards, including uptime and MTTR metrics.
- Collaborate with network and switching teams to optimize network performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, minimizing service disruptions.
- Manage network equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
- Maintain stringent hardware fault KPIs and manage spare inventory.
- Execute preventive maintenance and provide field support for network elements.
- Efficiently manage work orders and materials.
- **Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management**
- Lead and motivate high-performing field service teams.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols throughout operations.

- Network uptime and MTTR
- First Time Right deployment rate
- Project completion within TAT and budget
- Customer satisfaction
- Hardware fault rate

We're looking for someone with a decent educational background.
- Education requirements: Bachelors/ Master's Degree
- Experience: 8 -10 years in functional domain
