**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years of EdTech/IT/Corporate/Institutions

**Qualification**:BE, BTECH, ME, MTECH, MCA **(Any Degree)**

**Shift Timing**:

- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon to Fri)
- 9:00 am to 1:00 pm ( Sat)

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong expertise in **Python, Power BI, Machine Learning & Deep Learning (using TensorFlow, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and PySpark.**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience with programming languages and multi-tier architecture.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and full product development lifecycle.
- Hands-on with content development, technical evaluation, and project mentoring.
- Prior training experience in academic institutions or corporate environments
- Good understanding of college placement processes and institutional functioning
- Project mentoring for large student batches, including capstone and hands-on projects
- Familiarity with instructional design and the training cycle (TNA, implementation, evaluation)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for Graduate engineers, Corporate professionals, Lateral hires and freshers.
- Lead and manage college-level workshops and training programs
- Create training content, assessments, and hands-on project modules
- Deliver engaging and quality classroom/online sessions
- Collaborate with academic teams for continuous curriculum improvement
- Mentor trainers and coordinate training delivery schedules
- Guide students through project development and evaluations
- Ensure timely delivery and high learner satisfaction

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data science trainer: 3 years (preferred)
- Data Science tools: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
