**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce company products/services to prospects and articulate their benefits.
- Persuade clients to schedule property viewings, consultations, or meetings with our sales executive.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns raised by customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling or tele sales.
- Education qualification of Higher Secondary (12th grade) and above.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for real estate sales and customer service.
