**Key Responsibilities**

**Excel Expertise**:
1. Create, maintain, and analyze comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel.

2. Utilize advanced Excel features like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, charts, and data validation.

3. Streamline processes through effective data organization and automation.

**Data Management**:
1. Compile and manage operational and financial data from various sources.

2. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates for reports and dashboards.

3. Maintain a structured system for storing and retrieving information.

**Communication Skills**:
1. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data requirements.

2. Present insights and findings in a clear and concise manner.

3. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting trends and actionable insights.

**Problem-Solving and Confidence**:
1. Address data inconsistencies and troubleshoot reporting errors.

2. Handle urgent reporting needs with a proactive and confident approach.

**Operational Support**:
1. Work closely with the operations team to provide real-time data insights.

2. Assist in developing performance metrics and tracking KPIs.

3. Contribute to process improvement initiatives using data analysis.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in MIS, data analysis, or similar roles.

**Technical Skills**:
1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, data validation).

2. Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets is an advantage.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

Other Attributes: Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team-oriented environment.
