**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare **2D interior and furniture drawings** in AutoCAD using a proper **layer system**.
- Develop **3D models** in SketchUp with realistic rendering using **V-Ray** (minimum requirement: Enscape).
- Create visually appealing **design presentations** for client meetings.
- Assist in space planning, furniture detailing, and overall design development.
- Maintain accuracy in drawings and coordinate with the production/fabrication team.
- Stay updated with materials, finishes, and trends in the interior design industry.

**Required Skills & Software Proficiency**
- **AutoCAD** (layer system expertise)
- **SketchUp** (3D modeling)
- **V-Ray / Enscape** (rendering software)
- **Presentation tools** (PowerPoint/Photoshop for client presentations)
- Knowledge of **materials and finishes** used in interiors and furniture
