**Required Skills and Knowledge**:

- Should be in Interiors or Construction / Civil Product Sales field.
- Project Convertion Skills.
- Product Sales and Marketing Skills.
- Marketing Presentation and Product Presentation Skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in project conversions and sale conversions.
- Must be in the Interior products sales like Moduler kitchen unit, Residentioal Interior Products, Almerrah products and Construction field plus.
- Shouldbe having a skills of run the marketing campaigns to raise awareness of and generate demand for products and ready to travel and relocate.
- Must be having the MS-office tools skills (Excel,Word,PPT).

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Core Working Areas**:

- Planning & executing to meet with new customers.
- Customer database details to get it from CRE.
- Identifying customers through meetings, networking referrals and other channels.
- To meet existing & potential clients and building positive relationship.
- Creating Brand Lead in the Market.
- To participate in the building expo, conference, exhibition.
- To follow-up customers for the Project payments.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- To submit travel plan for every week to CRE.
- To update & submit daily dawn dusk status report to CRE.
- To post daily selfie from the first customer place.
- To submit weekly target Vs actual target status report.
- To present monthly business development report in marketing review meeting.
- Achieving the monthly targets set.

**Key Result Areas**:

- KRA1: No. of Events attended.
- KRA2: No. of New People aware of Sun Infraa.
- KRA3: No. of Customer Visits.
- KRA4: No. of Advance Payments.

**Key Performance Indicator**:

- No of Events / Expos Sales Expertise.
- No. of Customer Visits.
- No. of Conversions.
- Follow-up and Payment Collections.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
