Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) - Doctors to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute KOL engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Plan and organize KOL events, such as webinars.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources required for KOL engagement activities.
- Monitor and analyze KOL engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and content for KOL engagement activities.
- Provide support to the sales team by leveraging KOL relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in KOL Engagement or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
