- Start up, operate, and shut down high-pressure steam boiler in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor boiler system parameters such as water levels, pressure, and temperature to ensure proper functioning.
- Adjust controls to maintain optimal boiler performance and efficiency.
- Perform routine boiler water testing and chemical treatments to maintain water quality.
- Clean and maintain boiler and related equipment to prevent corrosion and scale build-up.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct safety inspections and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Participate in safety training and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or irregularities in the boiler system.
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed or report major issues to maintenance personnel.

*Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and inspections.
- Complete daily logs and reports, including fuel consumption, water usage, and steam production data.
