As a Customer Care Representative, you will be expected to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients after the treatment.

**Other Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle patients’ problems and inquiries after the treatment.
- Maintaining solid patient relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Ensuring that patients are satisfied with the treatments.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Must have at least 1 year proven success in Customer service.
- Experience with customer service and communication through the phone.
- Excellent strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation with a desire for self-development.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).

**Salary**: From ₹29,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
