**Role Description -**
- Reconciliation Transformation Program has a requirement for a project lead/business analyst to support the continuous improvement work stream within Cross Product Operations, GRG for building and on-boarding reconciliations onto strategic recon platforms
- The Sr. Data Analyst is responsible for working within the information Transformation group, participating in a team responsible for report generation and data analysis utilizing database management software/tools against various database platforms. In this role you will assist/lead in the development of automated reports, analytical and management reports, and data definitions across multiple computing environments. You will develop technical expertise in data mining and report development methodologies, techniques and tools to ensure deliverables meet the needs of both internal and external business customers
- Manage escalations and ensure resolutions on or before time

**Your key responsibilities**
- Managing several concurrent projects - all the streams in scope of the program
- Creation of continuous improvement projects BOW within Reconciliations, Network Management and Financial Market Infrastructure
- Responsibility for the ‘on-time delivery of projects to time and cost
- Manage scope of deliveries, manage expectations and ensure clear and concise communication to sponsors, team members and Transformation Lead
- Project tracking for the related work stream
- Risk and issue management
- Interface with upstream data providers, both in terms of development deliverables and issue escalation
- Work closely with the Program Manager and program team to ensure on time delivery of Projects.
- Proactively question and challenge processes and key stakeholders to identify areas of potential inefficiency.
- Maintains customer focus, provides value addition to stakeholders and ensures prioritization of tasks to manage costs; works collaboratively with all parties to resolve potential conflicts
- Reporting on overall program status, outstanding milestones, Issues, risks and dependencies
- Identify opportunities for improving data quality, reducing ‘noise’ and false positives reported by the tooling
- Process ad-hoc support for requests from Front Office Supervisors, Front Office Business Managers or the Oversight Committee for granular information and reports relating to Trading behaviour / activity.
- Be a part of key KYC workstreams of the Bank working on transaction monitoring
- Lead global projects
- Undertaking AI and Machine Learning research and development projects
- Attending training sessions and involvement in development and testing tasks
- Understanding the business requirements and documenting the same to assist in building a tech solution
- Create reports, dashboards and build tactical and strategic workflow solutions
- Perform code reviews and come up with high level project plans for projects you lead

**Your skills and experience**

**SKILLS**:

- Design, configure, develop, and implement enhancements and production fixes to existing systems.
- Develop and implement new systems, and ensure that their configuration is properly handled.
- Use development best practices, and appropriate patterns to develop required software solutions.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server views, stored procedures, and queries
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and guides.
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives, based on the individual needs of each user.
- Perform object-oriented analysis and design, and diligent testing to ensure optimal performance of all assigned systems and system modules.
- An ability to work independently to solve business problems, an inquisitive nature, a willingness to ask questions and challenge, ability to work in fast-paced environment and guide and mentor more junior team members
- Excellent communication skills with good proficiency with MS excel tools like MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Must be resourceful, industrious, and willing to take on new tasks and proactively learn new technologies to keep up with business needs
