
International Sales Executive

**Job Title: International Inside Sales Executive (Night Shift)**
**Location: Bangalore (Onsite)**
**Shift Timings: Night Shift**
**Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**: Provide support to existing international customers by addressing their queries, issues, and concerns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Have a good understanding of the products/services being offered, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- **Reporting**: Regularly update sales performance, reports, and follow-ups with management.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or customer support.
- **Education**: Minimum 12th grade completed. Higher education preferred.
- **Communication**: Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- **Age Limit**: Maximum age of 30 years.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in night shifts and adapt to international time zones.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with B2B or B2C international sales.
- Previous experience working in a customer support environment for international clients.
