6) Job Description:
**Office Timing : 04:30 PM to 01:30 AM**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing layouts, brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and develop creative design solutions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
- Work on design projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality outputs within deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and techniques to continually improve creative output.
- Edit and optimize images for digital and print platforms.
- Assist in designing visual elements for video content, presentations, and other multimedia formats.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers for the production of design assets, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and interpret client requirements.
- Attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Basic understanding of web design and user experience principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing for both digital and print media.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience working with social media platforms and creating content optimized for different platforms.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
