Handles post-purchase support and addresses customer complaints and concerns. Their responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues. Maintain records. They also ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions and collaborating with internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
2. Provide solutions to problems, address complaints, and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
3. Maintain grievance record and deliver it to the higher authority.
4. Manage multiple inquiries and complaints effectively.
5. Follow up with existing clients, maintain good relation with potential clients
6. Maintain a high level of product understanding.
**Skill**
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words & Power point
- Good managing skill
- Problem solving attitude
- Customer support quality
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3-5 years experiences in customer service
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
