Chemistry Faculty

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and mentor students of Class 11th & 12th for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced).
- Plan and deliver engaging lectures with conceptual clarity.
- Prepare quality assignments, tests, and study materials.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain discipline and motivation in the classroom.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. from **IIT or a reputed institute**.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in IIT-JEE teaching preferred (Fresh IIT graduates with strong academic background may also apply).
- Excellent command over Chemistry concepts and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
