**Job Profile / Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming Clients / Patients

Managing Patients' Reports, Download Reports & properly check the Patient Information on Report Format to successfully hand over to patients

Carefully preparing TRF (Test Requisition Format) after receiving samples from patients and before handing over to laboratory personnel
- While Scheduling Appointments, you are expected to transparently Communicate Patients about the Required Preparation before they give Pathology Samples & being transparent about the Report Release Time
- You’re expected to completely understand the Test & Price Menu (both In-House & Outsource) to avoid any confusion vis-à-vis the patients, internal Staff or Outsource Lab Partners
- You are also expected to take active part in organizing & managing Health Check Up Camps from time to time
- Preparing Patient Feedback Format, getting clients’ feedback over phone calls & preparing a detailed report about the feedback
- Understanding Software for Billing & Report Format. Liaison with Laboratory Technician, Concerned Report Signing Authorities to disburse Patient Reports within given timeline.
- Administrative functions as Assigned by Management / Senior Team Members
- Preparing spreadsheets, financial reports, memorandums, weekly and monthly schedule for line managers or senior team members, drafting correspondence, documentation of contracts or transactions, gathering customer information etc.
- Directing staff and patients to the appropriate office

If concerned staff is not readily available, you are expected to direct patients to either a waiting room or help reschedule

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
