Associate Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and graphics for marketing and educational content.
- Create visual content (banners, social media graphics, infographics) aligned with brand messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design platforms.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging visuals that reflect the brand's identity and captivate the target audience
- Revise designs based on feedback and user testing.
- Adapt designs for various formats (web, mobile, print).
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and quality.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools for innovative contributions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to visually communicate educational material.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets and templates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in EdTech or online education.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools for e.g. Canva
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and concept articulation.
- Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to new trends and technologies.
- Familiarity with online learning environments is a plus.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time, permanent position with standard office hours (11 AM - 8PM)

**How to Apply**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
