**BI Admin - Oracle BI Apps**

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Installation and configuration of all components of OBIEE version 12 and above, RPD and Dashboard Development
- Installation, Configuration, and Customization of OBIA, WebLogic, ODI 11.1.1.9 and above, Oracle ODI Load Plans, Custom Oracle ODI Load Plans
- Extending out-of-the-box OBIA RPD with custom fact tables and metrics
- Provide 24x7 on call support in production environment on rotation basis
- Participating in installation, configuration and patching activities
- Analyzing all middleware components and recommending modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability and scalability
- Conducting performance tuning to maintain system stability
- Troubleshooting to capture incident data and analyze for root cause issues
- Serving as a team player by working with colleagues and clients to identify and address overall system problems as needed
- Influencing management to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches as appropriate.
- Individual need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. Strong computer and software navigation skills are critical.

**Requirements**:
Due to the nature of this position, the applicant will need the ability to work from home or during off-hours as necessary.
- 7+ years of relevant IT experience
- 3+ years hands on OBIEE 12g (with ODI) installation/configuration/administration experience
- 3+ years hands on OBIA 11.1.1.x installation/configuration/administration experience
- Strong knowledge of WebLogic Configuration, Administration, Performance tuning and RPD migration
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Database 12c and above
- Functional knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
- Knowledge in Shell scripting, Python, WLST is a plus
- Experience in ETL tools, like ODI, Informatica and knowledge of SQL /PLSQL is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

- The ability to demonstrate work experience by providing report examples and source code.
