Warehouse Supervisor

**Inventory management**

1. Monitor the loading process and check all the items in the packing list are loaded on vehicle as per the order.

**Operations management**

2. Organize and maintain storage, inbound & Dispatch area

3. Monitoring the general maintenance of machinery used in warehouse.

4. Ensure the GRN is prepared

5. Ensure the material damage situation and condition in warehouse has been eliminated.

6. Ensure helpers are following proper material handling methods.

7. Ensure proper training and motivation to subordinates

8. Address and resolve the issues regarding the inbound & dispatch activity by coordinating with other departments.

9. Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.

**Documentation**

1. Maintain daily activity report

2. Record the travelling distance of each vehicle after each trip.

3. Maintain items record, document necessary information and reports regarding inbound and dispatch activities.

Deliver all required documents for transporting goods and that re delivered to drivers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thrissur, Thrissur - 680013, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
