Roles & Responsibilities

1)Installing Oracle Softwear

2)Creating Oracle databases

3)Performing upgrades of the database and softwear to new release levels

4)Starting up and shutting down the database

5)Managing the database's storage structures

6)Managing users and security

7)Managing schema objects,such as tables,indexes,and views

8)Making database backups and performing recovery when neccesary
