Broadband Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure broadband internet connections at customer premises (FTTH, EPON/GPON, Wi-Fi routers, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues (signal loss, speed issues, device configuration errors)
- Maintain and repair fiber/copper lines and associated networking equipment
- Perform router/modem configuration and firmware updates
- Manage and document daily service calls, installations, and maintenance logs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear instructions and after-service support
- Coordinate with the backend support team and NOC for escalations
- Follow safety protocols while handling tools, equipment, and high-altitude installations

**Additional Requirements**:

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Willingness to work on-call or during weekends when required
