Laundry Supervisor

Supervise daily laundry operations and staff.
- Ensure all laundry processes meet quality and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet laundry needs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies.
- Order supplies and manage budget effectively.
- Train new staff and conduct performance evaluations.
- Address and resolve any issues in laundry operations.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of laundry equipment.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and update laundry procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report on laundry performance metrics.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts and workloads.
- Conduct regular inspections of laundry facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of laundry operations.
- Collaborate with management to improve services.
- Ensure timely delivery of clean laundry to departments.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Laundry: 1 year (preferred)
