**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Multimedia Design**:

- Create engaging and dynamic videos that effectively convey the company's message and brand.
- Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website elements, and marketing collateral.
- Develop visually appealing posters, banners, and other promotional materials.

**Conceptualization and Ideation**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and objectives.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with the company's brand and messaging.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize industry-standard design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality visuals.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand integrity in all visual materials.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Multimedia Specialist.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current design trends and multimedia best practices.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Graphic Designer or Multimedia Specialist: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
