Comis Chef

**Job Summary**

The Commis Chef is responsible for supporting kitchen operations by assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food & beverages, eager to learn, and ready to grow in the culinary field.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing ingredients, beverages, and café food items as per recipes and standards.
- Support senior chefs in cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items and raw materials.
- Assist in daily stock checks and inventory management.
- Learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and café menu changes.
- Work as part of the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and service.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or prior kitchen experience preferred (freshers welcome).
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
