Develop and deliver person-centered training programs tailored to the unique needs and goals of individuals with diverse abilities.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages personal growth and skill development.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure training aligns with individualized plans and promotes overall well
- being.
Implement innovative instructional strategies to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
Monitor and assess individual progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in person-centered training and disability services.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Passionate about promoting person-centered approaches and advocating for the rights and dignity of individuals with diverse abilities.**
**Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in disability services or related fields.**
**Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of all abilities.**
**Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.**
**Knowledge of person-centered planning principles and practices.**
**Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs and preferences of individuals.**
**Relevant certifications or degrees in fields such as disability studies, special education, social work, or related disciplines are a plus.**

**Salary**: ₹8,964.95 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
