**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect with a strong background in software architecture and DevOps practices. As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of our software systems, while also leading and implementing DevOps initiatives. You will collaborate closely with development teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient software delivery, scalability, and reliability.

- Software Architecture: Strong knowledge and experience in software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. This includes the ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in software development, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. The architect should be able to understand and review code to ensure it aligns with architectural guidelines.
- DevOps Tools and Practices: Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, such as version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) frameworks (e.g., Terraform).
- System and Network Architecture: Understanding of system and network architecture concepts, including distributed systems, load balancing, caching, and security principles. The architect should be able to design and optimize software systems for performance, security, and high availability.
- Problem-solving and Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. The architect should be able to consider trade-offs, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations personnel, and stakeholders. The architect should be able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Leadership qualities to provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to development teams. The architect should be able to influence and drive technical decisions, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Automation and Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks. The architect should be able to develop scripts and automation workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Continuous Learning: A mindset of continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry practices in software architecture, DevOps, and related fields.
