Description
- Assist in the development of SOP’s specifically focused on plant manufacturing processes.
- Develop visual controls and signage in the plant to reinforce processes, provide metrics.
- Work with plant management on how to develop Lean mindset and Lean oriented processes to improve efficiency,standardize work and to sustain.
- Partner with plant line staff to collect observations, ideas, and solutions. Provide ongoing guidance/training on Lean. Gather best practices.
- Work with Operations team to assist in analysis, administration and execution of Lean oriented activities.
- Experience in Lean & Quality Practices
- Ability to lead improvement projects.
- Understanding of cost and financial impacts
