**Profile - Associate Admin & Gst.**

**Qualification - B.Com+ MBA HR/MSW/MPM/DLL**

**Experience - 5 years**

**Shifts - Rotational Shifts ( weekly change )**

**Working Hours - 8 hours**

**Working Days - 6 days**

**Location - Shirwal, Jawale**

**Salary - Upto 35,000/-**

**Company Details -** Established in 1981, they are India's largest Manufacturers of Oil Coolers & Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Coolers & Fuel Rails for Multi Point Fuel Injection System. The company is Single source Supplier to many Indian OEMs due to Excellent Quality, Competitive Price, On time delivery and Prompt Service.

**Role & Responsibility -**
- Facility Management & Its compliance (Canteen/Bus/Security/Vehicles),
- Contract Labour Management & Its compliance,
- Contract Labour Management & Its compliance,
- HR Functional Work (especially Training & Development,
- Recruitment, Attendance),
- Factories Act,
- Labour Laws,
- MPCB compliance (Legal compliance),
- EHS management system / ISO14001 & 45001 compliance (HIRA/Aspect Impact/Standard /Procedures) ,
- Civil & Allied Maintenance Activities,
- GST basic knowledge

Pay: ₹9,378.17 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
