**Job Summary**
Language counselor plays a very important role in any language institute. He/ she is the face of the institute and communicates between students, potential students, teachers, and management of the company.

**Job requirements**
1. Must be at least graduate.
2. Must have at least 2 years experience in counseling field.
3. Must Excellent communicative skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
4. Freshers should not apply.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. Handling walk-in queries and callings
2. Taking regular follow-ups.
3. Giving right and required information to clients.
4. Maintaining good rapport with students, their parents, and teachers.
5. Understanding the requirements of clients.
6. Maintaining all office documents and files.
7. Assisting teachers to manage classes.
8. Updating information on a regular basis for the clients.
9. Preparing and delivering presentations to clients.
10. Collecting payments and preparing bills
11. Gathering information of competitors.
12. Imparting new ideas
13. Guiding clients for Visa purposes.
14. Maintaining records
15. Convincing students to take admission and to do higher levels
16. Giving advice and support to students.
17. Working with external teams
18. Must be reachable for staff till valid hours.
