We are looking for a skilled and dedicated **IT Administrator (Female)** to manage and maintain our organization's **servers, networks, and IT infrastructure**.

**Server Management**: Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, ensuring uptime and performance.
**Network Administration**: Manage routers, firewalls, and switches; monitor network traffic and security.
**System Security**: Implement security measures, monitor threats, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
**Backup & Recovery**: Ensure data integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
**User Support**: Assist employees with IT issues, software installations, and system access.
**Cloud & Virtualization**: Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V).
**Documentation**: Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, policies, and procedures.
