Dispatch executive with 2 years plus experience required. Preferred experience in pharma or api manufacturing.

Oversee The Transportation & Delivery of Goods While Ensuring Cost-Efficiency. Coordinate with Carriers, Warehouses & Clients to Maintain Smooth Supply Chain Flow. Monitor Inventory Levels & Resolve Delivery Issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with the production and packaging teams.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of finished goods and track dispatch levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Shipping Coordination: Organize the transportation of goods, ensuring on-time delivery to customers both locally and internationally.
- Documentation: Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping labels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products dispatched meet the company’s quality standards and are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries related to dispatch and provide updates on the status of shipments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate dispatch logs and reports for tracking, auditing, and future reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure seamless dispatch operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
