- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with event coordination
- Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and external contacts
- Monitor and update office staff and janitor attendance
- Coordinate with maintenance and repairs
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
